After leaving her last job under shocking circumstances, Jeanie takes ownership of her Aunt Dot’s café. The story flows naturally, and while things do develop quickly at the end, it all makes sense, so there’s no need to brace yourself.

At its heart, the book focuses on relationships, with the café becoming the town’s hub, where the book club gathers, sips their drinks, and shares the latest gossip.

One fun moment is the Fall Festival. Logan helps Jeanie with her café tent, and then they head over to judge Halloween costumes.
