It is a concept that deserves its own piece, but in essence, if YOU are looking to maintain spiritual hygiene, seeking clarity from a ‘higher power’ can be a starting point.
It is necessary to discern between individuals who genuinely appreciate your time and energy and those who merely want to drain it. Recognizing this will help YOU focus your efforts where they are most valuable and avoid wasting energy on one-sided interactions.
