“I need to clear my head,” she thought to herself.
She contemplated leaving town for a while.
Disabling her location would only cause worry and a surge of phone calls.
She did not want anyone to talk her out of this spur-of-the-moment decision.
*DISABLED LOCATION*
It was Friday, and she had just closed her laptop.
Working remotely gave her the opportunity to leave whenever she wanted, for however long.
While city walks are nice, nothing compares to her drives on winding roads outside of the city limits, surrounded by forestry. She could possibly stay at a cozy cabin that is tucked away, not too far away, if she grew weary from driving. However, she planned to drive aimlessly.
She pondered putting up a note on her door to prevent any worry since she had planned not to take any calls that night.
She wrote, ‘Gone to clear my head.’
No, let me reconsider. I do not need my neighbors to pretend like they know me. When I see them in passing, I exchange pleasantries. I hardly make a peep other than…
