“Don’t Take Life Too Seriously”
The recent presidential election evoked strong emotions. The US, once a global model, drew the world’s attention during this election, not only because a Woman of Color (WOC) ran for president, but the other presidential candidate had also served a term prior to the present one, during which she serves as vice president.
This is my first time feeling a strong political divide.
My message is to encourage you not to take life too seriously. Stay informed about policies that affect you, and work to change those that have a negative impact. Despite some opinions, your VOICE matters.
Enjoy life to the fullest while you can since it will pass. Anything that diverts you from your purpose should be avoided. Recently, I came across an intriguing question that emphasized the importance of not taking life too seriously. Instead of wondering what your life’s purpose is, consider what makes you feel alive right now.
Overall, it is crucial to remember that just because life should not be taken too seriously does not mean we should never take it seriously at all.
