I am often reminded of what Lu shared with me: We don't know anyone's heart. I believe her point was that we cannot know exactly what's going on in people's minds.

Going back to my original response, I wanted to clarify my thoughts on this saying and how I interpret it to be on matters that objectively require our actions.
