I completely get where you're coming from. I came here looking for another update, which hasn't happened yet, but I feel like Medium is an open platform for discussion. It's similar to talking about money.

It's great that we can earn money from sharing our perspectives, so naturally, people will share their Medium insights. I understand that it detracts from the experience when the platform is flooded with topics about Medium. I recently joined in, but it explains why I'm not writing as regularly as I used to.

If Medium did more for their writers, I don't think this issue would be so prevalent. It seems to be more about the lack of transparency and writers wanting to stay but being unsure if they should.
