I have reached out to them twice; I'm awaiting a new response since nothing has improved.

I asked about canceling my membership because it was not required when I enrolled in the program to see if I would be removed from the program.

If we all went down a tier or cancelled our memberships, it seems like they would have to make the platform a more fair place.

I am utterly disappointed.

Claps and comments have disappeared from a number of my posts. Probably some I am not aware of.
