I haven't had a good social media reset in awhile.
We have to be intentional with our time, or we will get caught up into mindlessly scrolling.
It really takes a great deal of discipline to disconnect from social media (screen time in general), especially when it's how you make your money (when you constantly get notifications to come back). Anyway, going back to your statement about only going one week without social media is empowering; it made me think of the '5 Minutes Rule.' If you go one week, without social media, you can go a second week, etc.
Overall, if social media is how you make your money then try limiting its use for other things, especially mindlessly scrolling; great read!
