I love how honest this is; I would imagine that there is something underlying going on.
Introspection does wonders for me and it seems that it has helped you to understand yourself better. Do you journal? I recommend doing it daily for sometime. If you do decide to seek a therapist, be intentional!
You can write out the qualities that you seek in a therapist and your nonnegotiables.
It's possible that you don't see yourself in the DSM because it's heavily biased.
