I was taken aback because it was presented as factual. While I think their general claims are reasonable, the manner in which they discussed BPD was perplexing, as it’s generally understood that individuals with BPD may respond positively if consistently shown that one is a safe person. It’s not as cut-and-dried as they implied. However, I acknowledge these are their personal experiences.
