A Japanese Legend

“If you get on the wrong train, get off at the nearest station. The longer it takes you to get off, the more expensive the return trip will be.”

I have always been fascinated by Japanese culture, to such a great degree that I have a Japanese Kanji tattoo, which is Japanese writing derived from Chinese characters. However, that is a story for another day.

I am intrigued by their train system. I am familiar with the bullet train, a high-speed passenger train.

I believe my fascination comes from their innovation and efficiency, making it feel like they are living in the future.

“If you get on the wrong train, get off at the nearest station. The longer it takes you to get off, the more expensive the return trip will be.”

This quote made me think deeply about life, so I wanted to share some insights I have gained from it.

Life is a journey, and you are not meant to stay in one place for too long, especially if it costs you your time, energy, and peace.

It is important to constantly reevaluate aspects of your life. Sometimes, it is not always physical.
