2024 is a new year, so I will share my self-reflections as they come to me throughout the year.
I encourage each one of you, throughout 2024, to write self-reflections.
These self-reflections are in no particular order.
📌 Opening your bedroom window after waking up may bring you mental clarity for the day.
📌 Reading or journaling for just 5 minutes in the morning may set you up for an intentional day.
📌 There is no need to intellectualize your happiness, just feel it.
📌 Trusting your intuition will open your eyes to the wonders of the world.
