Just know that healing is taking place—healing is not linear and will not look the same for everyone else.

“MY POWER TO HEAL”

Self-Love:

  1. Write down a routine to build self-confidence.
  2. How do you create a safe space for yourself?
  • Pray.
  • Make up my bed.
  • Stretch.
  • Hydrate.
  • Burn a candle.
  • Say aloud self-love mirror affirmations like “I am beautiful inside and out.”
  • Practice breathing exercises in the shower.
