“The Universe had to make you uncomfortable, otherwise you never would have moved.”

Today, I journaled—because, you guessed it, the Universe needed to make me uncomfortable in order for me to move differently.

It was not as if I had ignored the signs.

Each time something disrupted my day, I would take a ‘pause,’ then carry on as usual. No major shifts. Just subtle nudges that something needed to change.

“I’m grateful for the ‘pauses’ in my life,” I wrote in my journal today.

Someone asked me today, in light of an unsettling situation, “Are you okay?” And I gave an honest answer that even surprised me:

“I’m not okay… but I will be.”

The past few months have been filled with transition. From the process of moving to trying to settle into a new rhythm, it has not been easy. But I have navigated every wave.

For a while now, I have known that I needed something new. A new space, a new way of living, a new way of being—one that feels more aligned with who I am today.

Not who I was.
Not who I pretended to be.
But who I am becoming.
