February 2025: Medium Musings
My word for 2025 is ‘surrender,’ which means to embrace what is, rather than how you would have it.
Where do I even begin? I have had so many thoughts about Medium for months now, and I am starting to process it more here.
Of course, things change. Hopefully for the better, but Medium writers are still in a period of uncertainty.
So, what does my word ‘surrender’ have to do with my Medium musings?
It relates to my Medium musings because I have decided to accept that February might not be much different from January.
I have moved past the stage of holding onto hope and am now focusing on doing what is best for me.
I have invested so much time and energy into Medium.
Now, it is time to focus more on things outside of Medium.
My dream is to write and earn a living from it.
Writing has truly helped me find my voice, which in turn has benefited the collective in many ways, as I was drawn to other outlets…
